Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Chromiva (the “App”), developed by AppSweat. By downloading or using Chromiva, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Chromiva uses AI to provide personal color analysis, palette suggestions, and creative styling guidance from a portrait you submit. Results are informational and may vary due to lighting, camera settings, image quality, and the limitations of AI.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Only upload photos you have the legal right and permission to use.
- Use the App for lawful, personal purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass App Check, purchase verification, usage limits, or other security measures.
- Review AI-generated suggestions using your own judgment.
3. Color Pass Purchases
- Chromiva offers consumable one-time in-app purchases called Color Passes. One Pass is intended to unlock one complete analysis.
- Color Passes are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew.
- Payment is processed by Apple and charged only after you confirm the purchase.
- Prices are localized and displayed before confirmation.
- Consumable purchases may not be restorable in every circumstance. Refund requests are governed by Apple’s policies.
- Color Passes have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may only be used within Chromiva.
4. AI Output
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your preferences. We do not guarantee a specific season classification, color match, or outcome. Chromiva must not be used to infer identity, ethnicity, health status, or other sensitive characteristics.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, software, and original content are owned by AppSweat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except where applicable law permits it.
6. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Cloud and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppSweat disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the App or reliance on its output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Termination
You may stop using Chromiva at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
