Please do not include your passcode in any message — we will never ask for it.
No. Your passcode never leaves your device — not even we can recover or reset it. This is a deliberate security design: if we could reset it, so could an attacker. To regain access to the app you can uninstall and reinstall Secra, which erases all vault contents. Make sure any important files are backed up elsewhere first.
Sign in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, open Secra, tap the crown icon to open the paywall, and press Restore. Your entitlement will re-activate.
Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Secra and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.
The Decoy Vault is a second, independent vault with its own passcode. Entering the decoy passcode on the lock screen opens a plausible-looking vault of your choice — the real vault stays hidden. Useful in coercion scenarios where you may be forced to unlock the app.
After a failed passcode attempt, Secra silently takes a photo with the front camera and saves it to a protected area inside the app. The photo never leaves your device.
No. Everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
iOS shows a blurred snapshot of the app when it is backgrounded. Secra replaces the visible content with a placeholder before this snapshot is taken, so previously stored screenshots in the switcher may still show the old preview until you re-open and re-background the app.
