Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Secra mobile application ("Secra", "the app"), published by AppSweat. By downloading or using Secra you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA, which also applies to the app.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AppSweat grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Secra on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

Secra offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase, delivered through the Apple App Store.

• Weekly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• A free trial, when offered, converts automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for the current owner of the Apple ID used at the time of purchase and does not renew.

3. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device signed in to the same Apple ID, tap "Restore" on the paywall to re-activate your entitlement.

4. Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. See Apple's refund policy.

5. Your Content

All content you store in Secra stays on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you store and for keeping your passcode safe — we cannot recover a forgotten passcode.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Secra to store or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent security or licensing features.
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair Apple services or infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer

Secra is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AppSweat does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific data will be preserved. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppSweat's total liability arising out of or relating to Secra shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AppSweat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where you reside in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws still apply to you.
