Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of TeleGaze, a teleprompter and video recording app operated by AppSweat. By downloading or using TeleGaze, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What TeleGaze provides
TeleGaze provides tools to write, import, display, and read scripts while recording video. Features may include camera controls, recording management, gallery export, visual tools, AI-assisted processing, and paid TeleGaze Pro capabilities. Features may change over time.
Your content
You remain responsible for scripts, recordings, videos, and other content you create, import, process, export, or share. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that content and must not use TeleGaze to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or the safety of others.
Local files and backups
Core scripts, recordings, and settings are stored locally unless a feature requires external processing or you choose to export or share. You are responsible for backups of important content. AppSweat is not responsible for loss caused by deletion, device failure, app removal, storage cleanup, failed processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
Permissions
Recording and export features may require camera, microphone, and photo-library permissions. If you deny or revoke a permission, the related feature may be limited or unavailable.
AI processing
When you choose an AI-assisted feature, your selected video may be sent to an external provider for processing. AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for deciding whether your content is appropriate for external processing and whether the result is suitable for your intended use.
Subscriptions and purchases
TeleGaze may offer paid features or auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal rules, cancellation, and refund availability are controlled by the applicable store and may vary by country.
- A subscription renews automatically unless canceled within the deadline shown by the store.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.
- Refund requests are handled by the applicable store.
- Deleting TeleGaze does not cancel an active subscription.
- RevenueCat is used to manage products, entitlements, and purchase restoration.
Acceptable use
- Do not use TeleGaze for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Do not bypass payments, subscriptions, entitlements, or technical restrictions.
- Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the app except where law expressly permits.
- Do not submit content for processing unless you have permission to do so.
- Do not misuse support channels.
Third-party services
TeleGaze may depend on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Sieve, email providers, and device platform services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. AppSweat is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, payment decisions, or processing results outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of TeleGaze. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability or compatibility with every device, operating-system version, or third-party service.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleGaze is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppSweat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of TeleGaze.
Termination
You may stop using TeleGaze at any time. Active subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable store. We may limit access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if required by law or platform policy.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms; the current version will show its effective date here.
