I forgot my PIN. How do I get back in?

On the lock screen, use the recovery option to answer your security questions or enter your recovery code. For your privacy, your data is stored only on your device and is not accessible to us — so if you lose both your PIN and your recovery method, we are unable to restore your vault.

Where are my photos and files stored?

Everything stays locally on your device inside the app's protected storage. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and we cannot see your content.

Will I lose my vault if I uninstall the app?

Yes. Uninstalling the app or resetting your device permanently deletes all locally stored vault data. Please export anything important beforehand.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your store account:

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

How does the disguised calculator work?

The app looks and works like a normal calculator. Entering your secret PIN in the calculator unlocks the hidden vault.

What is the intruder log?

If enabled, the app can record failed unlock attempts (optionally with a photo) so you can see if someone tried to access your vault. These records are stored locally on your device only.
