Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Calculus Lock ("the App"), developed by AppSweat ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Calculus Lock is a privacy app that presents a fully functional calculator while allowing you to store private photos, videos, and files in a PIN-protected vault on your device. The App is provided for personal, lawful use only.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for remembering your PIN, security answers, and recovery code. Because your data is stored locally and we cannot access it, we cannot recover your vault if you lose all of these.
You are responsible for backing up any important content. Uninstalling the App or resetting your device may permanently delete your vault.
You agree not to use the App to store or distribute illegal content or to violate any law or third-party rights.

Important: Keep your recovery code somewhere safe. If you forget your PIN and lose your recovery method, your encrypted content cannot be restored by us or anyone else.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are shown before you confirm.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google. We do not directly process payments or refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AppSweat and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep your data safe and the App reliable, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppSweat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature, with or without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
