Privacy Policy

Pomoji ("we", "our", "the app") is a Pomodoro focus timer developed by AppSweat. This policy explains what information the app handles and, more importantly, what it does not.

1. Information Stored On Your Device

Everything you create inside Pomoji — focus sessions, streaks, completion history, productivity heatmaps, custom durations, sound preferences, appearance settings — is stored on your device, inside the app's sandboxed container, unless you turn on iCloud Sync (see below). We do not upload or back up your data to any server operated by us.

• Session and streak data are stored locally using standard iOS storage.
• If iCloud backup is enabled on your device, app data may be included in your personal iCloud backup — that is between you and Apple, and remains encrypted with your Apple ID.
• Optional iCloud Sync (Pomoji Pro). iCloud Sync is off by default. If you turn it on in Pomoji's Settings, your focus sessions and settings are stored in your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so they appear on your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This data is handled by Apple under your Apple ID and is never sent to us. You can turn iCloud Sync off at any time.
• Uninstalling Pomoji deletes the data stored on that device. Data you synced with iCloud Sync remains in your iCloud account.

2. Information We Receive From Apple / RevenueCat

When you buy or restore a Pomoji Pro subscription, purchase processing goes through Apple's App Store and our subscription infrastructure provider, RevenueCat. We receive:

• An anonymous user identifier generated on your device
• Your subscription status (active / expired / trial), product ID, and purchase / renewal dates
• Country / storefront (from the App Store receipt)

We do not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or payment details. This data is used only to unlock Pro features and honor restore-purchase requests.

3. Diagnostics & Crash Reports

Pomoji does not include third-party analytics SDKs. If you have "Share With App Developers" enabled in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may send us anonymized crash reports so we can fix bugs. These reports contain no session content or personal data.

4. Notifications, Alarms & Live Activities

With your permission, Pomoji sends local notifications to alert you when a focus session or break ends. On iOS 26 and later, if you allow alarms, Pomoji uses Apple's AlarmKit to schedule an alarm on your device for the end of each session, so it can ring even in Silent mode, and shows the countdown as a Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

Notifications, alarms and Live Activities are created on your device and are not sent through any server operated by us. You can turn these permissions off at any time in iOS Settings → Pomoji.

5. Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store — payment processing, receipt validation. Governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — subscription entitlement management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Pomoji does not integrate advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social-login SDKs.

6. Children's Privacy

Pomoji is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not host your session data, there is nothing on our servers to export or delete on your behalf. You may:

• Delete all local data instantly by uninstalling the app.
• Contact us at appsweatmobile@gmail.com to request deletion of the anonymous subscription identifier held by RevenueCat.
• Manage your subscription any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

8. Changes To This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app.
