How does the Pomodoro method work in Pomoji?

You start a focus sprint (Focus Flow), work uninterrupted until the timer completes, then take a short break. After a set number of sprints you take a longer break. Pomoji ships with sensible defaults; Pro users can customize sprint and break lengths in Settings.

The timer stopped when I locked my phone or switched apps.

Your session keeps going. Pomoji tracks real time, so a session ends on schedule even when the app is closed or your iPhone is locked. The countdown stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity, and when the session ends Pomoji alerts you with an alarm (if you allowed alarms) or a notification.

The alarm doesn't ring when a session ends.

Pomoji can ring like an alarm, even in Silent mode, only if you allowed alarms. Open iOS Settings → Pomoji and make sure alarms are allowed. If you chose not to allow alarms, Pomoji uses a regular notification instead, which follows your Silent mode and Focus settings.

I'm not getting timer notifications.

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Pomoji and make sure notifications, sounds, and banners are enabled. Also check Focus / Do Not Disturb is not silencing them.

How do I restore my Pomoji Pro subscription on a new device?

Sign in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, open Pomoji, open the paywall, and press Restore. Your entitlement will re-activate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pomoji and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Will I lose my streaks and history if I reinstall?

By default Pomoji stores your session history, streaks, and heatmaps on your device, so uninstalling the app deletes that data. If you use iCloud Sync (Pomoji Pro, turned on in Settings), your sessions and settings are kept in your iCloud account and come back when you reinstall Pomoji and turn iCloud Sync on again with the same Apple ID. Restoring your device from a backup that includes Pomoji data can also bring it back.

Does Pomoji collect or upload my data?
