Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Compressor ("the App"), developed by AppSweat. By using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
1. The Service
The App compresses, resizes and converts photos and videos on your device. Results depend on the source media and your settings. Size estimates are approximate, and a requested target size may not always be reachable; the App tells you when this happens.
2. Your Content
- You keep all rights to your media. The App does not upload it.
- Originals are not changed. Deleting an original from Photos happens only when you choose it and confirm in iOS.
- Compression reduces quality. Check results before deleting any original. We are not responsible for loss of quality or data you choose to delete.
- Only process media you have the right to use.
3. Compressor Pro
- Pro is offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Purchases can be restored on the same Apple Account with Restore Purchases.
4. Availability and Changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. Background processing depends on iOS and is not guaranteed.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AppSweat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
